I have only been able to trace one complete example of Brunel's
patent Polygraph:
"MARC ISAMBARD BRUNEL'S PATENTED POLYGRAPHIC
PORTABLE WRITING AND DRAWING DESK, English, c. 1805, signed in three
places by the maker I.H. Farthing of Cornhill, London, and likewise serial
numbered "167.""
