The caddy opens to a two
compartment interior with supplementary lids.
The design is artfully orchestrated. Rococo trellised flora both
frames and intersects the naturalistic rendition of the frames and
intersects the naturalistic rendition of the the flowers and bird
in a fluid cartouche. This is executed in gold leaf and provides a
glamorous and exotic highlight against the subtlety of the
realistic colour of the main pictures.

Front: Tulip and wild roses interspersed with a diapered rococo
design on the base. Unexpected juxtapositions attest to the flair of the
artist.

|
Side: Wild and cultivated roses again accented with gold.
