Box veneered in richly figured rosewood and inlaid with mother of pearl in a fine and
controlled pattern of stylised flora. It has its original tray and a side
drawer now fitted for jewelry.
The box has rounded edges. The harmonious inlays of mother of pearl
contrast with the rich deep colour of the rosewood.
