Description:
An unusual, charming Vernis Martin snuff box with a central
painting under glass. From the way the painting has worn on the

glass. A gold pattern of flowers frames the whole top.
The inside is painted and varnished to simulate tortoiseshell.
Origin: France
Circa: 1760
Materials: Vernis
Martin, glass..
Size: 3"across. 7.5cm.
