Antique French box with Cut Steel decoration Circa 1835.

Description:
A French satin birch box with cut-steel decoration having a replacement velvet lined tray.

Origin: France 

Circa: 1835.

Materials: satin birch, cut steel, and mother of pearl.

Size: 29.7 cm wide by 20.5 cm by 11.5 cm:  11.7 inches wide by  8.1 inches by  4.5 inches.

Condition: overall good, working lock and key replacement tray, repair to veneer at the back.
