Description:
A richly figured burr walnut dome top box with liftout tray and
sprung drawer fitted for jewelry.
Origin: UK
Circa: 1860
Materials:
Size: 30.2cm wide by 27.8cm by 18cm: 11.9 inches wide by
10.9 inches
by 7.1 inches.
Condition: Good
overall; marks consistent with age. The liftout tray is a replacement.

original lining and divisions.

The drawer is released by
pressing a button on the back facing midway between the
hinges.
When pressed the drawer springs
out making a satisfying clunk.
There is a further velvet lined
compartment under the tray.
