Description:
JB522: JB522: Antique figured coromandel box with rounded ebony edges, inlaid to the top and front with fine inlays of mother of pearl and white metal depicting stylized curved foliage. The box has a sprung drawer fitted for jewelry, and in the lid a document wallet. Circa 1845.

Origin:  Circa: 1840  Materials:

Size: 30.5 cm wide by 23 cm by 17.5 cm:  12 inches wide by  9 inches by  6.9 inches.

Condition: see pictures, good overall with working lock and key.

The Lock plate is marked with V R and a crown. and the word "LEVER". The  VR stands  for Victoria Regina.
