Description:
JB513: Antique rosewood box inlaid with bandings in mother and abalone
having a compartmentalized interior with lift out tray and sprung side
drawer fitted for jewelry. There is a document wallet in the lid. Circa
1840.
Size: 30.5cm wide by 22.5cm by 17.2 cm: 12 inches wide by
9 inches
by 6.8 inches.
Condition: Good

The box has a
compartmentalized interior with lift out tray and sprung side drawer
fitted for jewelry. There is a document wallet in the lid.

The box is lined with mahogany. A new lift out velvet pad has been
made for the space under the tray.
