The Armorial is of William Baring de Lotbiniere Bingham.

Here are marriage details of our two young people, taken from the Gentleman's Magazine, 1858:

November 14th - At the Bavarian Chapel, Warwick Street, William Baring de Lotbiniere Bingham, Esquire, eldest son of the late William Bingham, Esquire, to Helen Emily, only daughter of George Pemberton, Esquire.

There are details of the Pemberton family in the IGI. They were from Dublin (anciently)
A marriage settlement was made in 1857, which entailed money to Bingham and Pemberton. A disentailing conveyance was carried out by William Alexander Baring Bingham of Hartbury, Esq., in 1879 - Gloucestershire Archives, Miscellaneous Gloucestershire Deeds, ref D3335/1. Quebec.
