JB308: Antique box veneered in strongly figured  coromandel, with brass edging, central  inlaid ornate initials. working Bramah lock and key. The box is  high quality,  which continues into the interior. It is lined in velvet,  and  embossed leather. It has a lift-out tray and sprung drawer elaborately fitted for jewelry.   Circa 1840.
