JB231: A dome top figured walnut box with brass escutcheon and accents retaining its original green satin padding to the lid and having a refitted liftout tray, circa 1890.

Condition: Good overall, refitted tray working lock and key: see images.

Inside there is a liftout tray. The lid retains its green satin button padding.

The box retains its original 19th century green satin padded covering to the lid, which is in almost perfect condition.

The box has a lift out tray which has been refitted for jewelry, with divisions for rings.
