Shaped coromandel ebony box with mother of pearl inlay depicting stylized flora, having a lift out tray lined with paper and velvet lining . The form of this box is characteristic of the Regency but the mother of pearl inlay dates it to late William IV or early Victorian period. Circa 1835.

Origin: UK ;  Circa: 1835; Materials: Coromandel ebony and mother of pearl.

Size: 28.8 cm wide by 21.3  cm by 15 cm:  11.3  inches wide by 8.4  inches by 5.9  inches.

Condition: good overall There is a patch in the back near one of the hinges. This has been done in matching wood.; working lock and key; see images
